Introduction
The city is well connected to its surrounding towns. The main station is Århus Central Station, situated in the city centre. The city also offers several bus lines; Aarhus’ public transport system is quite efficient.The local airport, Aarhus Airport, is located 40 km north-east of Aarhus’ city centre, near a town called Tirstrup. Since Aarhus Airport only offers flights to a certain number of destinations, it might be easier to fly to the bigger Billund Airport, which is around 95 kilometres away from Aarhus.
