The main railway stations are Larissa and Peloponnese and both can be found off Dheliyani Street, connected via an overhead footbridge. Although both stations are a lengthy walk away from the city center, buses and taxis are readily available. Generally speaking trains are cheaper than buses but much are also much slower. Visit www.ose.gr for information on the Greek railway service. The tourist information office is located just off Syntagma (Constitution) Square - the epicenter of the city.
