Facture is a small village just under 30 km away from Bordeaux airport. Largely residential, most people arrive here via the Facture-Biganos train station with the intention of connecting to other parts of the Girondes region. In the vicinity of Facture you’ll find the Pyla Dune, which at 117 metres is Europe’s tallest sand dune, and the Arcachon Basin, home to numerous oyster farms as well as the Aqualand Water Park.
