Introduction

Located just 50km west of Bremen, encircled by motorways, Oldenburg is easily accessible by road, rail and air! The train from Bremen takes just 30 minutes, which is quicker than by road (45 minutes). The Dutch border is also within striking distance just 1 hour away by road.

The station lies to the north east of the town centre and operates many intercity and regional routes including those to Bremen, Leipzig, Hannover and Emden.
