Charles Bridge
A stunning piece of medival architecture accompanied by Barock statues
One of the most stunning bridges in the world, Charles Bridge (or Karl?v most) began its life in 1357 and is now Prague's most famous crossing over the Vltava river. Flanked by beautiful barock statues, it is very popular with tourists during the day when many street performers, sellers and artists also gather to entertain and sell to the eager crowds. It is less busy when it gets dark which is when you can admire its real beauty or enjoy a romantic stroll and soak up the stunning views across the Vltava river.
